Essential Functions

  • Drives lean transformation department projects by addressing engineering, quality, technical, product, process and equipment issues
  • Programming
  • Assist with product changes, transfers, new product development and integration

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Be able to promote and work safely
  • Understanding of Lean concepts
  • Experience with working multiple production machines
  • Soldering, welding, and/or forklift certifications obtained and maintained, if applicable
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, for example), Auto CAD, WiCAM, or other similar applications
  • Experience in programming equipment for production purposes

Certifications

  • Soldering certification, if applicable
  • Welding certifications, if applicable
  • Forklift certification, if applicable

Pay

$25.63 hourly. Compensation is determined by factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
