Essential Functions
- Drives lean transformation department projects by addressing engineering, quality, technical, product, process and equipment issues
- Programming
- Assist with product changes, transfers, new product development and integration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Be able to promote and work safely
- Understanding of Lean concepts
- Experience with working multiple production machines
- Soldering, welding, and/or forklift certifications obtained and maintained, if applicable
- Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others
- Developed skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, for example), Auto CAD, WiCAM, or other similar applications
- Experience in programming equipment for production purposes
Certifications
- Soldering certification, if applicable
- Welding certifications, if applicable
- Forklift certification, if applicable

- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate ability to successfully train others, using training techniques appropriate to the situation and the individual
Pay
$25.63 hourly. Compensation is determined by factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
