We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have Salary range: $89,552.00 - $128,730.99 Commensurate with Experience. The rule: Do NOT include Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state salary range, but also says "Commensurate with Experience". The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The phrase "Commensurate with Experience" is filler? It's part of salary description. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we include Pay section, we need to put the salary range. The salary range is specific numbers, but also includes "Commensurate with Experience". That might be considered filler? The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). That suggests if the content is just that phrase, it's filler. But we have both numbers and that phrase. Could we include Pay section with the salary range? Probably yes, as it's substantive. However the phrase "Commensurate with Experience" might be considered filler but it's attached. I'd include Pay section with the salary range. Benefits: The posting mentions "Benefits and compensation will follow City provisions through 2026 and shift to MPTA provisions in 2027". Also later: "Benefits The City of Charlotte provides a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Click here to learn more..." That's a benefits section but it's generic. The rule: never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits exist, but not detailed. It says "comprehensive benefits package". That's vague but still states benefits. However the rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "comprehensive benefits package" is somewhat vague but not exactly placeholder. Might be okay to include Benefits section with that sentence. Schedule: No mention of schedule. So omit Schedule. Now sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (Major Duties And Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the paragraphs exactly? We can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should keep the content, not omit details. We can keep the same sentences but maybe we can keep them as is within

or

  • . We should not omit any detail. Thus we need to extract the relevant paragraphs. Let's parse the posting: Intro: "Thank you for your interest in joining the team that keeps Charlotte moving, at a very exciting time for our organization. At the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), we’re committed to delivering safe, reliable, and innovative transit services for our growing community, and we value employees who bring professionalism, passion, and a commitment to public service. This position is currently employed by CATS, a department of the City of Charlotte. With the passage of the PAVE Act and last year’s sales tax referendum, CATS is preparing to transition from a City department to the newly created Metropolitan Public Transit Authority (MPTA). The MPTA was established to strengthen regional transit governance, improve accountability, and support long‑term investment in mobility. It’s an important and exciting step forward for transit in our region. Employees hired into this role will remain City employees through December 31, 2026, and will transition to MPTA employment on January 1, 2027. Benefits and compensation will follow City provisions through 2026 and shift to MPTA provisions in 2027, with clear information shared in advance. Your core duties, reporting structure, and daily responsibilities will remain consistent, with no break in service. If anything delays the transition, your City employment, including compensation and benefits, will remain in place until the move to the MPTA occurs. The creation of the MPTA positions us for a more modern, sustainable, and efficient transit system, one that can better support the Charlotte region for decades to come. We’re excited about what’s ahead and appreciate your interest in being part of it." Then "Summary" paragraph: "The Senior Engineer plans, organizes, reviews, and directs engineering work performed by consultants and departmental staff while providing advanced technical expertise for the development, design, and delivery of rail transit projects in coordination with internal divisions, City departments, State and Federal agencies, and other stakeholders. Assigned to the team for the Silver Line Light Rail project, as well as other projects as directed, the Senior Engineer plays a key role in supporting the planning, design, and execution of a major light rail transit investment, pursuing funding under the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Capital Investment Grant (CIG) program. This position provides advanced engineering expertise, technical oversight, and cross disciplinary coordination to ensure the project complies with all regulatory, design, safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements essential for successful execution. The Senior Engineer also represents the Silver Line project and Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Development at technical project coordination meetings and in public outreach efforts, participating in public meetings, community engagement sessions, and stakeholder presentations as necessary." Then "Major Duties And Responsibilities" list (many bullet points). We need to convert each bullet into
  • inside a
. Then "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities" list (bullet points). Convert to
      • . Then "Preferred Qualifications" list (bullet points). Convert. Then "Minimum Qualifications" list (bullet points). Convert. Then "CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT" includes background check etc. This is likely boilerplate? It's about background check, drug screening, equal opportunity. According to rules, we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This seems like legal/EEO boilerplate. So we should drop that section. Then "How To Apply" etc. Also boilerplate/application instructions, remove. Then "Benefits" paragraph: "The City of Charlotte provides a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Click here to learn more about the City of Charlotte’s benefits. The City of Charlotte is a drug and alcohol-free workplace." We need to keep that. Salary: earlier line: "Department: Charlotte Area Transit System Department Salary: $89,552.00 - $128,730.99 Commensurate with Experience". So we need Pay section with that salary range. Now we need to decide headings: About the role (intro + summary?), Responsibilities, Requirements? The spec says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine intro and summary under About the role. Requirements could be Minimum Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements = Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills = Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. We must not create a heading if no real specific content. We have content for all except Schedule. Thus output:
