Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and good manufacturing practices.
- Proficiency in process development, scale-up, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
