Job Role
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the Venture Global Asset Integrity Management program.
- Assign tasks, including but not limited to:
- Fixed equipment mechanical integrity initiatives: Management of API inspections and follow-up activities
- Risk Based Inspection (RBI) activities
- Rotating equipment reliability improvement initiatives: Review and continuous improvement of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance equipment routines
- Support efforts for transition to Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Develop competency for engineering software tools and databases utilized for asset integrity initiatives (e.g. PCMS, FFS analysis, vibration analysis)
- Support additional integrity initiatives as needed (e.g. pipelines, marine facility)
- Support with the Management of Change (MOC) process
- Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) risk assessments
- Support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process
- Support development and tracking of appropriate Key Performance Indicators
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to Operations Groups
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Welding).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite
- Familiarity with ASME, API and NACE/AMPP recommended practices
