Engineer, Reliability & Integrity

Job Role

• Develop knowledge and understanding of the Venture Global Asset Integrity Management program.
• Assign tasks, including but not limited to:
• Fixed equipment mechanical integrity initiatives: Management of API inspections and follow-up activities
• Risk Based Inspection (RBI) activities
• Rotating equipment reliability improvement initiatives: Review and continuous improvement of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance equipment routines
• Support efforts for transition to Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Develop competency for engineering software tools and databases utilized for asset integrity initiatives (e.g. PCMS, FFS analysis, vibration analysis)
• Support additional integrity initiatives as needed (e.g. pipelines, marine facility)
• Support with the Management of Change (MOC) process
• Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) risk assessments
• Support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process
• Support development and tracking of appropriate Key Performance Indicators
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to Operations Groups

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Welding).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite
• Familiarity with ASME, API and NACE/AMPP recommended practices
