On-siteQuality Assurance$83k–$125k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes intro about company and role. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities (the "What You'll Get To Do" list). We have qualifications (basic qualifications, preferred qualifications). We have skills maybe implied but not separate; we could combine into Qualifications. We have Pay: salary range given. We have Benefits: description of benefits. We have Schedule: "This is a 100% on-site role." That's schedule info. Also relocation assistance line: "RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available". That's a benefit maybe but we can include in Benefits or separate? Not required to have separate relocation section. Could include in Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: No" maybe we keep clearance info? It's metadata but maybe we can fold into a short p. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for clearance and relocation etc. But we must not create sections for them unless real content. We can include a short paragraph at top with that info. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the description paragraphs about Northrop Grumman, mission, etc. That's "About the role" maybe. We'll put that in

About the role

with

containing that descriptive text. Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You'll Get To Do". Use

  • . Requirements: maybe we separate Basic Qualifications as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Could put Basic Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe skills under Skills (but we have many skill statements). Could combine. We must not create sections with filler. So we need actual content for each heading we use. We have Pay: salary range. We have Benefits: description of benefits plus relocation assistance. We have Schedule: 100% on-site. We have maybe also "Clearance" info: we can include in a short p under maybe Requirements or separate? Not a heading. Let's craft:

    About the role

At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a talented Engineer Quality to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role supports production activities for marine propulsion and power generation equipment. This is a 100% on-site role.

But schedule is separate; we might mention on-site in schedule section. However we already said it's 100% on-site in about role; but we can still include schedule section with that detail. Avoid duplication? It's okay to repeat but we should preserve all info; duplication not prohibited but better to keep schedule separate. We'll keep schedule section with "This is a 100% on-site role." and maybe also mention relocation assistance? Not schedule. Now Responsibilities: list. Then Requirements: Basic Qualifications bullet list? Could be
    • ... but we need to preserve all details. Basic Qualifications paragraph includes multiple sentences; we can put as

or list. Since it's not a list of discrete items but a paragraph, we can use

. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications paragraph. Skills: maybe we can extract skill statements: "The ideal candidate must be able to communicate written and verbally in a team environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and communicate written and verbally in a team environment." That's repetitive. Also many skill-like statements in responsibilities. But we could create Skills section summarizing communication, MS Office, root cause analysis, metrics, GD&T, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, etc. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list them as bullet points from the text. That's okay because they are present. Let's extract skill statements from responsibilities and qualifications: - Communicate written and verbally in a team environment - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Perform Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) - Develop, collect, and analyze metrics to monitor performance or quality - Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance - Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems - Apply data analytics and statistical analysis methods - Mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including inspection methodology and authoring work instructions - Experience with quality standards and engineering methodologies - Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (including GD&T) - Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma - Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment - Active Secret Clearance We can put these in Skills section as

      • . But note some are duplicates (communication appears twice). We'll keep unique. Now Benefits: paragraph about benefits plus relocation assistance. Pay: salary range paragraph. Schedule: 100% on-site. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, application period, etc. Remove those. Also remove "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." etc. Remove. Also remove "Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance..." maybe we keep citizenship requirement as part of Requirements? It's in Basic Qualifications: "U.S. citizenship required." We'll keep that. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
