Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to propeller system design, analysis, certification support, and production introduction.
- Help drive technical quality, compliance, and manufacturability.
- Work across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to solve real product development challenges.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment where ownership, execution, and attention to detail matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical or aerospace system design, analysis, development, or production support.
- Experience supporting concepting, designing, and introducing a system into production is desired.
- Experience supporting or transitioning a design into a manufacturing environment or other technical hands-on experience is desired.
- Understanding of product development, including design, analysis, testing, certification, and production support.
- Familiarity with aerospace certification techniques, terminology, and accepted practices is desired.
- Experience supporting FAA or military qualification of systems is helpful.
- Familiarity with rotating machinery, propellers, rotors, VTOL systems, or traditional aircraft applications is helpful.
- Experience with CAD, engineering drawings, GD&T, model-based definition, CFD, and structural analysis is helpful.
- Strong engineering judgment, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to comply with export control, ITAR, and related security requirements.

$90,000 - $102,500 USD
