What You'll Do Here
- Provide data analysis, reporting, and project insights to the General Manager to support informed decision-making.
- Support Project Superintendents and Foremen in the effective management of crews and overall project execution.
- Track and report project productivity, costs, schedules, and progress.
- Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications.
- Communicate with customer technical support departments as required.
- Distribute administrative and contractual documentation following project award.
- Maintain organized project files and correspondence for both active and completed projects.
- Provide technical and administrative support to field staff as needed.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of as-built drawings.
What You Bring To The Team
- Recent University or College graduate in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Previous estimating experience is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and contract documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules as project demands require.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
