Engineer, Operator Station Module

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve current production design issues.
Enhance current production designs, focusing on metrics like Failure Per Machine and Initial Product Quality.
Address customer complaints with innovative solutions.
Manage Warehouse Hold situations and implement design updates.
Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in off-road equipment design, specifically in cabs, structures, engines, cooling systems, or hydraulic systems.
• Proven ability to analyze technical data, evaluate multiple alternatives, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools, such as Creo.
