Responsibilities
- Lead engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency through technology development and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical expertise in equipment maintenance, root cause analysis, control system design, and process optimization while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support capital planning, equipment procurement, and project implementation, communicate technical information effectively, and mentor team members to promote technical growth and organizational excellence.

Requirements
- Engineering Degree - Electrical (Controls/Automation focus preferred)
- Familiarity with Electro-Mechanical Production Equipment / Infrastructure. Must possess a record of accomplishment and success in prior engineering roles.
- Primarily an Office position; however, it requires on-floor capability (walking, access to various locations within the building, etc.). Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable an individual with disability to perform the essential functions.
- Functional Competencies:
- Project Management
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- TS16949 and ISO14001
- Vision/Programming Capability
- 10+ years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintenance (preferred)
- Studio 5000 / RSLOGIX500
- Knowledge of PLC's, Drivers, Sensors
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
