Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or related master's degree.
- Possesses 15 years of related experience.
- Accomplished in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, test, implementation, and analysis of products.
- Recognized as a technical expert and resource for internal activities and product development.
- Plan and accomplish goals independently, using extensive experience and judgment.
- Solve complex total system problems.
- Direct, guide, and coordinate activities of a team/teams of technical personnel.
Qualifications
- Achieve a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals.
- Report to top management.
