Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or related master's degree.
• Possesses 15 years of related experience.
• Accomplished in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, test, implementation, and analysis of products.
• Recognized as a technical expert and resource for internal activities and product development.
• Plan and accomplish goals independently, using extensive experience and judgment.
• Solve complex total system problems.
• Direct, guide, and coordinate activities of a team/teams of technical personnel.

Qualifications

• Achieve a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals.
• Report to top management.
