Responsibilities
- Support new product and ongoing quality conformance activities, including data collection, documentation, and testing support.
- Support engineers in the development, execution, and documentation of test plans under supervision.
- Review and maintain quality records, procedures, and inspection documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities, including data gathering and basic analysis.
- Assist with material review activities (MRB) by documenting findings and tracking corrective actions as assigned.
- Support supplier quality and vendor-related activities, including audit preparation and issue tracking, as directed.
- Compile and organize data for quality performance reports and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Control, and Manufacturing to support production readiness and quality objectives.
- Perform other engineering or quality-related duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of engineering and quality principles, including inspection, testing, and problem-solving concepts.
- Ability to analyze data, document results, and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and apply feedback in a professional setting.
