Entellus, Inc. is seeking an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our team in Woods Cross, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Run lead on preparation of plans, reports, and submittals.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Provide and teach engineering best practices to younger staff.
• Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing production for a variety of project types, including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites.
• The successful candidate is accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining quality professional service.
• This role also provides direction and guidance to EITs and technicians assigned to the project manager’s team.
• This individual will report to the Land Development Discipline Leader.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.
• Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with team and clients.
• Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings and on-site inspections.
