Engineer III

About the role

We’re seeking an affable, reliable Engineer to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. When engaging with guests, you’ll be accommodating, patient, and warm while resolving issues as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Flexibility, fast-thinking, and teamwork are keys to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs, including HVAC problem-solving, drywall repair, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Protect and maintain the hotel property, grounds, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure guest safety and property security.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in repairs/maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Passion for hospitality and engineering.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
