Engineer II - Validation

The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: The posting has: - "What We Offer" section (company description) - "Group Summary" (company description) - "Job Responsibilities" (overview) - "Major Responsibilities" (detailed list) - "Skills and Competencies" (desired skills) - "Knowledge and Education" (requirements) - "Awareness, Unity, Empowerment" (EEO statement - boilerplate) - "Worker Type" and "Group" (metadata) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The job title is "Validation Engineer" (implied from context). I should not repeat it as heading. Sections I can create: 1. About the role / Overview (from "Job Responsibilities" first paragraph) 2. Responsibilities (from "Major Responsibilities" - this is a long list) 3. Requirements / Qualifications (from "Knowledge and Education") 4. Skills (from "Skills and Competencies") The "What We Offer" and "Group Summary" are company descriptions - could be "About the company" or similar. But the rules say use headings like "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". "Benefits" would be for employee benefits, not company description. The posting doesn't have explicit benefits, pay, schedule. So I should not create those sections. The "Awareness, Unity, Empowerment" is EEO boilerplate - remove. "Worker Type Regular / Permanent Group Magna Electronics" - minor metadata, fold into a short

or drop. I'll include as a short paragraph at the end maybe. I need to preserve all substantive information. The "Major Responsibilities" is a long list of bullet points (though in the text they are separated by line breaks). I'll convert to

    • . Similarly, "Skills and Competencies" and "Knowledge and Education" are lists. Let me structure:

      About the role

... from Job Responsibilities first paragraph ...

      Responsibilities

      • ... each major responsibility ...

      Requirements

      • ... from Knowledge and Education ...

      Skills

      • ... from Skills and Competencies ...
      Maybe also a

      Company overview

for What We Offer and Group Summary? But the rules say "About the role" not "About the company". However, the example headings include "About the role". The posting has two company description paragraphs. I could combine them into a "Company overview" section, but the rules don't explicitly forbid it. The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It says "e.g." so other headings are allowed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is substantive. I'll include a "Company overview" section. But note: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". That's fine. Now, I need to parse the text carefully. Let me extract: "What We Offer At Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies. We invest in our employees, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
