About the role

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manages complex projects, including leading new equipment onboarding processes.
• Utilizes advanced data analysis techniques to drive process optimization.
• Designs and optimizes complex manufacturing processes and documents processes in detail.
• Develops, implements, and monitors advanced inspection and process control methods.
• Leads root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for complex issues.
• Implements larger continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and profitability.
• Completes other tasks as assigned by management.
• Drives innovation initiatives and nurtures a culture of innovation.
• Leads the integration of advanced technologies and ensures seamless adoption across teams.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and leads complex customer development projects that exceed customer expectations.
• Led initiatives to address customer feedback and improve product quality and satisfaction.
• Manages customer communications and builds strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree with 2-5 years of experience or a masters degree with relevant experience.
• Professional Experience: 2-5 years work experience in engineering required.
• Project Management: 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
