Engineer I - Electronics Systems

We are seeking an Early-Career Focal Plane Electrical Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced electronics for focal plane subsystems across various infrared and ultraviolet technologies. Key Responsibilities Include Designing and debugging analog and digital circuits using lab tools.Developing software and scripts for system configuration, testing automation, and data analysis.Creating FPGA solutions for next-generation image sensors, including timing and high-speed data processing.Validating FPGA designs through simulation and hardware testing.Supporting testing and characterization of cutting-edge focal plane image sensors.Collaborating across disciplines on R&D, prototypes, and production programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or related field; related experience may substitute education.Knowledge of digital logic, FPGA design, schematic reading, and troubleshooting skills.Programming experience in Python, Ruby, or MATLAB.
