About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair all hotel equipment—from kitchen, laundry, and plumbing to HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms—with minimal downtime. You’ll handle a variety of tasks both inside and outside the hotel, fixing issues proactively and ensuring attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and check/repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and reporting of chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Secure the building, including monitoring and resetting security systems, repairing locks, and managing building keys.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year’s trade-related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse team and work calmly under pressure.

Physical Demands

• Frequent movement, including standing, sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time.
• Capability to work in hard-to-reach areas and occasionally ascend/descend a ladder for repairs.

Schedule

Must accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
