Responsibilities

• Develop Python software that automates hardware validation and production testing.
• Create engineering test scripts, data collection tools, and manufacturing test applications.
• Support prototype bring-up by automating measurements and executing validation tests.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware communication issues.
• Analyze test data to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
• Maintain Git repositories and improve test software over time.
• Support manufacturing partners using production test software.
• Help improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience developing automation software or engineering test tools.
• Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, or similar lab equipment.
• Experience communicating with hardware through SCPI, VISA, Serial, USB, Ethernet, UART, SPI, I2C, or similar interfaces.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and hardware debugging.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
