About the role

Engineer responsible for maintaining the safety, comfort, and readiness of the hotel property.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to work orders.
• Support hotel operations and events by ensuring facilities function smoothly.
• Collaborate with a friendly, island-style team to deliver reliable, down-to-earth service.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, community-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
