Engineer - Diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Relevant experience acquiring Structural Diagnostics business with either an industrial or commercial structure focus.
• Project Management experience required.
• Manage the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office, focusing on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics-related work.
• Assist in marketing, business development, and growth of the Diagnostics Group.
• Experience and interest in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, water infiltration, building envelope issues, and forensic engineering work.
• Possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated engineer able to work within a strong team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally.
• Demonstrate technical specialization, proactivity, and assertiveness when meeting client and project needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with focus in Structures preferred
• 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience with proven growth
• Professional Engineer License in the State of home office
• Ability to proactively communicate with clients
• Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
• Computer Aided Drafting/Design (AUTOCAD, REVIT)
• Structural engineering software (SAP, ETABS, RAM Concept)
• Strong technical, written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to travel on short-notice
• Strong customer service focus

Pay

Pay Transparency Disclosure Statement: This position has an annual salary range as stated below and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity. Walter P Moore reserves the right to offer more or less than the posted range based on the criteria previously stated and will do so in a manner that does not discriminate against a candidate's protected status per local, state and federal law. $88K - $104K in Denver $92 - $109K in Chicago $96K - $114K in DC, LA and Seattle $101K - 120K in New York $105K - $125K in San Francisco
