About the role
Perform proper system installation, ensuring high-quality setup of medical device systems and components.
Conduct hardware and software upgrades to maintain optimal device performance.
Handle service repair calls efficiently, providing timely solutions to clients.
Complete regularly scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure device reliability and compliance.
Maintain accurate service records and support regulatory compliance efforts.
What's Needed
- Absorbed or technical degree required; relevant experience is also acceptable.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with tools effectively.
- Previous experience in a medical device environment is preferred.
