Engineer - Data Analysis and Testing Engineer

About the role

This role is on site in our Magnolia, Texas office. It is a full‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from clients, prepare project scopes and plans and deliver cost estimates
• Conduct studies and generate observations and data as required by project plan
• Facilitate coordination with manufacturers, inspectors, and fabricators
• Develop draft reports and work with Technical Experts as needed to finalize for client delivery
• Deliver exceptional professional customer service with various industrial companies, internal and external stakeholders, etc.
• Other work duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Actively pursuing FE and PE is preferred; minimum education is a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong technical knowledge in the applicable field: Design, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering
• SolidWorks and Abaqus experience
• Familiarity with VBA and Python scripts
• Strong report writing skills
• Experience facilitating coordination with manufacturers, inspectors, and fabricators
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once
• Analytical/investigation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high energy, customer‑focused, and a positive, success‑oriented attitude
