About the role
Role: Backend Engineer
Years of Experience: 3–10 years of software engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems powering real-time user interviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to build robust and efficient systems
- Work closely with an in-house Large Language Model (LLM) to enhance user interview insights
- Ensure high performance and low latency in real-time communication platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale backend systems
- Experience with real-time communication technologies and AI systems
- Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Java, or Go
- Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in backend development
- Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
