Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Engineer for a temporary assignment in Georgetown, Kentucky.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $30.00 - $45.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Job Description:

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget
• Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications
• Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes
• Evaluate safety compliance to local and national codes
• Collaborate with 3rd party Safety Compliance Contractors
• Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones
• Supervise contractors in a green-field or brown-field work environment
• Capture installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers and equipment manufacturers

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Trade Certification, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience with bid specification development and contractor negotiations
• 2+ years of technical drawing review experience

Preferred Qualifications (Additional Consideration Given For)

• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
• Toyota project management experience
• Automotive paint process experience
• Ability to understand, analyze, and calculate utility costs

Qualification/Licenses

• Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen
• Travel Required: 25% or less
• Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
