Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents.
- Debug application issues related to APIs, microservices, backend logic, and frontend components.
- Analyze logs, stack traces, database issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams.
- Support production deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validations.
- Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident management, and change management processes.
- Participate in on-call / rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.
- Maintain and improve support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Proactively identify stability, performance, and security improvements.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant application support & development experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in debugging application issues across various layers (APIs, microservices, backend logic, frontend components).
- Experience with log analysis, stack trace interpretation, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including collaboration with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Knowledge of incident management, change management, and support documentation best practices.
Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule
Shift work may be required, including on-call / rotational shifts.
