Salary Range - $60,000-$63,000 a year

Qualifications

• Technical and analytical skills for desktop trouble shooting support.
• Understanding of Office 365 services and how they are used within Microsoft applications and online (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Outlook, Word, and Excel etc.).
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Knowledge of network printing and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to provide consistent and excellent customer support to clients from a variety of business groups, including management, with unique requirements.
• Candidate must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Cloud will be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Knowledge of Operating System installation and machine prep.
• Knowledge of Mac and iOS is added advantage.
