About the role

The role of the Engineer 2 involves providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating. This includes responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. The Engineer 2 is also responsible for handling preventative maintenance of all equipment and updating appropriate logs, performing repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building, responding to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner, and responding to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. Additionally, the Engineer 2 is tasked with cleaning all stations in Engineering, greasing traps, plumbing stoppages, and maintaining an organized department and hotel.
