Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of clubhouse building
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair daily items as needed (HVAC, drywall, electrical)
• Work with contractors and fellow employees to complete tasks in a timely manner

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance and repair work
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Understanding of drywall and electrical systems
• Problem-solving skills
