About the role

This job is responsible for advancing complex initiatives and establishing operational excellence. It focuses on strategic network design and deployment, optimizing system performance and reliability. The role is instrumental in mentoring technical teams and leading cross-functional projects for operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle major outages and direct inter-departmental resources as needed
• Handle complex mitigation requests such as on-demand circuit moves across multiple devices
• Handle departmental adoption of new products/services, tools, and practices
• Handle escalated customer communications
• Draft FCC-compliant legal documents for Root Cause Analysis
• Maintain strong process knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ensure regular, punctual attendance (may include weekends/on-call rotation)
• Follow the In Office policy
• Design advanced network solutions to solve highly complex engineering challenges across regional operations
• Establish and update network operational policies and procedures to proactively manage future technical issues
