About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking an Engineer II to join our Engineering team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department by maintaining hotel systems and delivering exceptional service to ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance across all equipment and maintain accurate logs
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including motors, breakers, chillers, and HVAC equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas
- Handle emergency situations such as power failures, fire alarms, and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering spaces, including grease traps and plumbing systems
- Assist with installation, relocation, and setup of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow all Four Seasons work rules, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related maintenance or engineering experience
- Working knowledge of general building maintenance systems
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn engineering systems/software
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Schedule
- Full-time
- Open availability including overnight shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed
