Position Overview
DSN is hiring an Engine Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Lafayette, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to build hands-on experience supporting engine modeling, parts ordering, and bill of material management within a New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering environment.

Team Structure & Work Environment
This role supports the NPI (New Product Introduction) engineering leads. Regular interaction with L3 and L4 team members. Work environment is approximately 80% office and 20% shop floor.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; new graduates are welcome to apply
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
