What You'll Do
As An Engine Rebuild Technician, you will work with heavy-duty diesel and natural gas engines that power oilfield equipment, pipeline systems, and industrial machinery. Responsibilities include:
- Disassembly, inspection, and reconditioning of diesel/natural gas engines
- Performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
- Engine installation, assembly, testing, and failure analysis
- Working in a fast-paced manufacturing and oil & gas environment
Qualifications
- Mustown your own tools
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical school degree or certificate preferred
- Prior mechanic, military, or oilfield service experience highly desired
- Strong knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electronic systems
- Proven technical and troubleshooting skills on industrial engines
