Engagement Specialist II - Customer Service (PART-TIME)
Job Description
Congratulate your customer service skills! You'll conduct inbound and outbound customer interaction support, attract and retain customers, utilize reference materials to resolve customer issues, document interactions, provide prompt and accurate service, identify and escalate priority issues, train junior specialists, manage multiple projects, and more.
- Working knowledge of computer operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and internet navigation

- Medicaid managed care or insurance industry experience, preferred
- Managing customer concerns and sales experience, preferred
Requirements
