Job Description

Congratulate your customer service skills! You'll conduct inbound and outbound customer interaction support, attract and retain customers, utilize reference materials to resolve customer issues, document interactions, provide prompt and accurate service, identify and escalate priority issues, train junior specialists, manage multiple projects, and more.

  • Working knowledge of computer operations

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and internet navigation

  • Medicaid managed care or insurance industry experience, preferred
