Engagement Specialist I (AZ / Remote)

About the role

This is a remote role based in Arizona, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. As a member of the HomeCare Sales Team, your main purpose will be to connect and engage with people interested in home care for themselves or a loved one. You will handle inbound information requests from various channels (phone, social media, website) and nurture these leads through the intake process.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential patients and caregivers seeking information about the FreedomCare program.
• Nurture interested individuals to sign up with FreedomCare.
• Collect and validate current information needed for enrollment.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Seize opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Genuine care for customers’ interests.
• Optimistic, upbeat, and self-motivating with an independent, entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay

Base pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions depend on factors such as skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
