Engagement & Program Operations Consultant

About the role

Work as a key part of a broader delivery team to engage with senior clients, structure and execute stakeholder engagement and strategic communications plans, and identify novel ways to convey mission impact and value.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience with stakeholder engagement and communications best practices.
• Identify tactical and strategic ways to optimize business processes and daily workflows.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to build and sustain momentum toward program goals and objectives.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
• FIVE (5)+ years performing work in the Federal or National Security space, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and/or optimizing business processes.
• A Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to operate autonomously, with minimal oversight, while coordinating with leadership team in background.

Skills

• Experience with stakeholder engagement and communications best practices.
• Strategic thinking and optimization skills.
• Collaborative problem-solving abilities.
