Responsibilities
- Manage the engagement, ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction through meetings with client executives and program managers.
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with TCS teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Oversee the engagement P&L and align performance with group goals.
- Establish the initial account governance framework, stabilize the client relationship, and build trust and confidence.
- Work with various service lines and business units to deliver the scope of work and present new offerings based on client business priorities.
- Collaborate with the Client Partner to pursue business opportunities and position TCS as a strategic partner.
Pay
$140,000–$175,000 a year
