About the role

The Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account growth, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and business priorities, partnering with internal SMEs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless execution of projects across cross-functional teams while maintaining SLA adherence.
  • Lead client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct regular business review meetings.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
  • Cook up with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Compliance, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive market developments.

Desired Profile

  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience as an Account Manager or Engagement Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience: Experience managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle.
  • Skills: Experience working with Project Management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Skills: Experience working independently and within collaborative cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and client service environments.
  • Skills: Experience managing enterprise or strategic healthcare/pharma accounts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively across onsite and offshore delivery models.
  • Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum graduation required).
