Key Responsibilities
- Support Program/Project Managers by providing project schedule, cost, financial, and performance information for project monitoring and control.
- Gather, analyze, and report project data to support decision-making.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget status reporting.
- Monitor project schedules and provide regular project status updates.
- Create and maintain project reporting standards and documentation.
- Create and maintain project communication plans.
- Understand client requirements and support project goal setting.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project management processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of standard project management methodologies and processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology or Engineering).
- 3-4 years of experience in an IT project environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification or formal project management training (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
