About the Role
The Engagement Manager leads client transition initiatives related to next-generation data assets, serving as a consultant responsible for driving transition execution, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting change management, and ensuring successful adoption of company data assets and services.
Responsibilities
- Client Transition Leadership: Support client transition activities involving next-generation data assets, including national, subnational, and future patient-level assets. Implement transition plans, manage implementation activities, and monitor milestones while tracking open items to completion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Go-to-market, Project Management, Product Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development Teams. Provide guidance on transition planning, data utilization, adoption strategies, and operational readiness.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Resolve complex client data issues and coordinate second-line support with internal teams. Drive timely and practical issue resolution across functions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop effective working relationships with client contacts, address transition-related questions, and serve as a trusted partner throughout the client lifecycle. Provide updates on transition status, open items, and next steps.
- Change Management: Identify adoption barriers and align internal and external stakeholders during transitions. Support clients through operational and organizational changes tied to new data assets and reporting solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance transition processes and client experience. Document repeatable steps, status updates, and lessons learned for future transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in delivery management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, project management, change management, account management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of national, subnational, and/or pharmaceutical reports and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client needs, processes, and data concepts.
- Experience working with Large Pharma, Midsize Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts across multiple stakeholders.
- High learning agility and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across company and client stakeholders.
- Skill in managing complex concepts, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and visualization tools.
Pay
Rate range: $30-43/hr depending on experience.
