About the role

You will lead client engagements that take enterprises from AI ambition to agents in production. You own the client relationship, the architecture direction, and the business outcome, and you lead a small senior team of architects, engineers, and consultants. Engagements start in consulting mode — assess, shape, prototype — and move to delivery once the use case is proven.

Responsibilities

• Discover and shape
  • Align executive sponsors on goals, success measures, scope, and decision rights.
  • Assess the client's data, analytics, and AI landscape: platforms, data readiness, semantics, governance, and operating model.
  • Shape a portfolio of agent use cases by value, data readiness, and risk; recommend where to start.
  • Steer a working prototype and make build-vs-buy calls across hyperscaler, lakehouse, open-source, and partner options.
  • Present a clear go/no-go with scope, team, plan, and value case for delivery.

  • Act as design authority for the data, context, and agent architecture.
  • Run delivery governance: plan, RAID, status, steering committees, and change control.
  • Own the value case: baseline, KPIs, and the readout of results against baseline.
