Qualifications
- Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience within Yazaki & 18 months in current position.
- Languages: Fluent in English & French (Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills).
- Knowledge in Design Tools (Canva, Figma…)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple HR domains, supporting both operational and development-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of SCR (Social Cooroparcoes Responsibilities) calendar.
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with internal calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications.
- Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones
- Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values.
