ENG Industrial Engineer II

Location: Forest City, Iowa

About the role

Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities for improvement within the Distribution network. Coordinate and manage the implementation of process improvements. Establish and maintain best practices across distribution centers. Develop and oversee engineered labor standards and performance incentive programs. Support cross-functional teams and provide functional support for Warehouse Management Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in process design and distribution network management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Labor Management, and Slotting is a plus
