Admiral Enforcement wants to add friendly, professional, and detail-oriented people to our growing team. We have a strong focus on developing a professional, customer-focused culture using proven operating systems and specialize in monitoring privately owned parking lots and garages. The Enforcement Agent works independently in the field, under minimal supervision, and must have excellent time management and reporting skills. Please note this position requires a commute to Flatbush, Brooklyn off of the 2/5 Subway lines. What shifts are we hiring for? Keep reading! Qualifications What will you do as an Enforcement Agent? Communicate with professionalism in all interactions with customers, clients, and coworkersLight cleaning on a regular basis, consisting of sweeping and picking up trash.Patrol designated area on foot, to identify vehicles without proper payment or permissionEnforce location requirements by issuing citations in violation of parking rulesConduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and timesRecord and enter data collected for violations in the approved systemImmediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to managementUtilize excellent time management and report writing skillsMonitor condition of equipment and notify management of malfunctions and repair needs What do you need to be an Enforcement Agent? For insurance purposes, must be at least 21 years oldProficient with computers and mobile applicationsAbility to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shiftsFlexible availability preferred (Weekends and late evenings) Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shiftWalk and stand for extended periods of time
