Energy Technician II
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We need to extract content:
- About the role: Could be the mission statement and description of role? The posting starts with "At CLEAResult, we lead the transition..." That's about company, maybe "About the role" could be the job description summary: "This is a field-based position serving the York, PA area. As an Energy Technician II, you will be the front-line to clients..." That seems appropriate.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: "Learn to conduct home energy assessments & evaluations..." etc. Also "Record and report necessary data..." "Install energy savings measures..." "Act as local, customer-facing program & company representative..." "Daily travel throughout a defined service territory, company vehicle provided."
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "Exciting candidates have…" list: communication skills, time management, work independently/collaboratively, ability to pass background & drug testing, valid driver's license, no major infractions, located within commutable distance. Also "Physical Demands/Requirements" list. Could treat Physical Demands as separate section maybe "Requirements". But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. Probably combine qualifications and skills under "Qualifications" or "Skills". Since we have multiple headings allowed, we can use them if content exists. Let's see:
Qualifications: maybe education/experience? Not given. Skills: communication, time management, organizational, independent/collaborative work, background check, driver's license, location. Could be under Skills.
Requirements: maybe physical demands? Or maybe "Must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures", etc. Could be under Requirements.
We also have Benefits: list under "Additionally, You Will Enjoy:" includes medical/dental/vision, health care concierge, 401(k) match, paid vacation/sick/personal/parental leave, paid volunteer time, employee recognition program, EAP, access to on-demand training.
Pay: we have Target Compensation: $21.40/hour and Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05. So we can include Pay section with both.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe daily travel, but not schedule like full-time/part-time. Not given, so we should not create Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, immigration, etc. Remove those.
We must not repeat job title heading.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's craft HTML:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated content: We included mission statement in About the role; we didn't repeat the "Additionally, You Will Enjoy:" heading; we turned that into Benefits. We removed boilerplate: EEO, immigration, DOT requirements, safety-sensitive, drug test details (some are in Skills/Requirements? We included ability to pass background & drug testing in Skills; we also have mention of drug test in Requirements? Actually we included ability to pass background & drug testing under Skills. The posting also mentions "Individuals provided a conditional offer... must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report..." and "Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment." Also DOT requirements. We might need to include some of that as Requirements? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include those details about drug test, motor vehicle report, clean driving record ongoing, DOT requirements if applicable. Also safety-sensitive position note. Also mention that it's not a sales position etc already included. We need to incorporate those details without creating fluff. Let's add to Skills or Requirements maybe a separate subsection? But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put additional details under Requirements or Skills as appropriate. We have already Skills: communication, time management, work independently/collaboratively, ability to pass background & drug testing, valid driver's license, no major infractions, location. We could add "Must maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment." and "Must consent to company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record." Also "Must meet DOT qualification requirements if applicable and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations." Also "Safety-sensitive position; may include field work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes, warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company." We could add these to Requirements (since they are requirements). Let's adjust Requirements list to include those. Also we have "Target Compensation: $21.40/hour" and "Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05". Already included. We also have "This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company." Add to Requirements maybe as first bullet. Let's rewrite Requirements:- Safety-sensitive position; may involve field work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes, warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company.
- Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often.

- Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 2 stories).
- Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) during certain times of the year for portions of the day.
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
- Must maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure quality service and installations.
- Ability to pass required background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license with no history of major driving infractions.
