AESC is looking to add an Energy Storage Solution Engineer to our team in the US.

About the Role

Energy Storage Solutions focus on designing and optimizing energy storage system technical solutions for customers in North America, addressing the pain points of energy storage and application. Energy Storage Solutions will integrate technology, market, and policy to provide energy storage system integration services and products for customers in North America.

What You Will Do

  • Collect and analyze technical requirements for energy storage projects;
  • Responsible for technical communication and product promotion of energy storage;
  • Follow up on customer needs for energy storage, decompose requirements, and carry out product development and change management;
  • Identify risks and develop system solutions during product development;

Qualifications

  • Rich experience in energy storage system solutions, with deep understanding and engagement experience in the North American energy storage market and customers (integrators/IPP/owners);
  • Bachelor's degree or above, good English communication skills, experience working in North America preferred;
  • Background in electrochemistry, mechanical, electrical engineering, etc.;
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred;
  • Strong resource integration and cross-disciplinary thinking abilities.
  • Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges;
  • Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities;
  • Other duties as assigned
