What You Will Do
- Participate in the design of overall energy storage system solutions based on project technical requirements (including system configuration, technology selection, and solution development)
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical proposals and product-related documentation (e.g., Technical Proposals, product datasheets)
- Conduct overseas energy storage market research and competitive analysis, providing insights to support business decisions
- Study and interpret international standards and regulations (e.g., UL, NFPA, IEC), ensuring solutions comply with local requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, product, supply chain, etc.) to drive technical issue resolution
- Support and participate in customer due diligence (Due Diligence / AVL) and technical reviews (Technical Review)
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and optimize technical agreements, contract templates, and key technical terms
What You Need
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with a strong research background
- Background in Renewable Energy, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related engineering fields
- Solid understanding of energy storage system architecture (PCS, battery pack, EMS, containerized systems) with system-level thinking; proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus for data analysis or tool development
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; logical thinking with the ability to work cross-functionally under pressure
- Strong learning ability, with the capability to quickly adapt to new technologies, products, and industry trends

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
Work Schedule
The work week is a 40-hour minimum
Extended hours and overtime are required as needed
Must be able to work any shift as required
Must be able to work weekends as required
