Energy Storage-Integrated Construction Coordinator II

Summary

Mortenson's Energy Storage Group is seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator II to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout project phases. The role involves strong communication and flexibility, with initial 100% travel rotation, eventually remote.

Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes using technology platforms - Design optimized road and site grading models using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D - Communicate with project field teams using Trimble Business Center software - Assist construction team members in understanding and implementing VDC processes - Document work processes and assist in training on VDC processes - Participate in Mortenson’s IDAT community of practice - Manage daily work planning

Qualifications

- Associates or Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field - Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, REVIT, Trimble Business Center, and ArcGIS software - 4+ years related experience - Survey data knowledge and/or experience preferred - Intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training - Detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic understanding of construction law and business practices - Microsoft Office and relevant web applications skills - Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership - Willingness to adapt to change based on diverse input and feedback - Current driver’s license

Pay Range

The base pay range for this role is $89,500-$120,800. Actual range varies based on location and experience.
