About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Own management of the company’s energy supply and interconnection contracts
  • Ensure timely cataloging of contract requirements in internal systems
  • Analyze financial structures in agreements for risks and exposures
  • Track deliverables and obligations for the company and counterparties
  • Monitor financial commitments for compliance with contract terms
  • Support contract amendments, terminations, and cost recovery processes
  • Identify opportunities for improving contract management processes

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in energy contract management or project development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, environmental science, or similar
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in interpreting contract terms and financial structures
  • Experience managing portfolios of energy supply agreements and contract compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of US energy markets and utilities IX and ESA
  • Experience with G Suite, Excel, Word, and Salesforce

Pay

$100,000 – $150,000 annually
