We'll list.
Skills: Could combine some overlapping but we might still include a Skills section highlighting key skills: communication, relationship building, problem solving, analytical, time management, technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures, CRM, Microsoft Office, data tracking, presentation, training. However we might duplicate content from Requirements/Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could we merge Skills into Requirements? But they asked to use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It's not mandatory to include all; we include only those with real content. We have content for Skills (the posting mentions many skills). Could we create a Skills section that summarizes skills not already covered? Might be redundant but still okay if we avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we put skills in both Requirements and Skills, we'd be duplicating content, which is okay as long as we preserve all info, not summarizing away. Duplication is not prohibited but might be considered redundant. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Skills separate may be thin if we just list a few items not covered elsewhere. But we could list skills that are not already captured: e.g., "Strong time management skills", "Understanding of energy efficiency and weatherization measures", "Ability to review contractor submitted rebate applications for compliance", "Ability to develop and lead presentations", "Ability to organize call logs", "Ability to maintain databases". Many of those are in responsibilities. Hmm.
Maybe better to not include Skills section, and instead include skills within Requirements and Qualifications. Since we already have Requirements (basic qualifications) and Qualifications (desired/preferred) which capture many skills. The instruction says we can include Skills heading if there is real specific content. We could argue that the posting does not have a distinct "Skills" section separate from qualifications; it's embedded. So we could omit Skills to avoid thin section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
Check Benefits: we have description of benefits: medical, vision, dental insurance via marketplace, company paid and optional life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401(k) plans, etc. We'll put as
- .
Pay: we have salary range and note about compensation factors. We'll put as
. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate..." that's part of Pay, we keep. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
About the role
... (multiple sentences)
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Requirements
- ... ...
Qualifications
- ... ...
Benefits
- ... ...
Pay
...
Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Now craft the About the role paragraph: combine the overview sentences into a coherent paragraph. Must preserve all substantive info; we can keep as multiple sentences but within one. Let's draft: "Must be located in North Carolina. Reporting to the Associate Director of Implementation, this role will provide direct oversight and leadership for external communications with program certified contractors, program partners, customers, or other stakeholders. That's fine. Now Responsibilities list: ensure each item is a separate
