About the role
Anvaya Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Support Technician to provide IT operations support in Sacramento, CA. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations support, physical ability to perform duties, and availability to work onsite in Sacramento, CA area office locations. The technician must be able to work with minimal direction, in a team environment, and lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripheral equipment with Microsoft Software products in a networked environment. The technician should be able to diagnose, research, and resolve computer issues.

- Install, maintain, diagnose, and prepare computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripheral equipment with Microsoft Software products.
- Diagnose, research, and resolve computer issues.
- Work with minimal direction, yet also work in a team environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations support.
- Physically able to perform the duties of the position, and be able to pass a medical examination and Fitness for Duty screening.
- Able to work onsite in Sacramento, CA area office locations.
- Able to work onsite after 5pm on pre-scheduled dates, in support of Committee and Board meetings where prep starts at 5pm and A/V support/troubleshooting can continue to midnight or later.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- CompTIA certification is desirable but not mandatory.
